How do you get a fudgy brownie texture?

Why is dark chocolate a better parining for matcha than milk chocolate?

There are a few reasons why dark chocolate is a better match for matcha than milk chocolate. First, the higher cacao content in dark chocolate will provide more bitterness to balance out the sweetness of the matcha. Second, the fat content in milk chocolate can interfere with the tea’s flavor. Finally, the lower sugar content in dark chocolate will allow the grassy notes of the matcha to shine through.

Can I freeze matcha brownies?

Yes, you can freeze matcha brownies. To do so, place them in an airtight container and put them in the freezer. When you’re ready to eat them, let them thaw at room temperature or in the fridge.
