**This great recipe includes FAQs. I love learning with you!
Ingredients:
4 thinly sliced chicken breast
garlic powder
salt
**That’s it! I don’t really measure this. If you like to measure, I would start with 1/2 tsp of each to sprinkle over the chicken. You can add each of the 1/2 tsp of spices to a small bowl. Then take a mix of seasonings and sprinkle them over the chicken.
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Get it nice and hot before you add the chicken.
2. Add the olive oil to the pan and heat until hot.
3. Add the chicken slices to the pan and sprinkle with the garlic powder, salt, and smoked paprika.
4. Pan-seared the chicken until it is golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
5. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
The best thin sliced chicken FAQS:
Should I tenderize chicken before I cook it?
There is no one-size-fits-all answer to this question, as the decision of whether or not to tenderize chicken before cooking it will ultimately come down to personal preference. Some people find that tenderizing chicken before cooking helps to ensure that the meat is cooked evenly and remains moist, while others find that it can make the chicken too tough. Ultimately, it is up to the cook to decide whether or not to tenderize chicken before cooking it.

When I was cooking the olive oil popped all over the place. How do I keep this from happening?
If you’re using olive oil to cook, be careful not to let it get too hot. If the oil starts to smoke or pops all over the place, it’s probably too hot. Reduce the heat or remove the pan from the heat source until the oil has cooled down.
**I also put foil over the pan. Yes, a lid would work but I really want to keep an eye on it. Plus less to clean. The foil will get hot.
Do you have to buy the skinless chicken pre-thinly sliced or can you cut a regular chicken breast in half?
You can cut a regular chicken breast in half to make it thinner, but it may be more difficult to get an even thickness. Pre-sliced chicken breasts are usually thinner and easier to cook evenly.
